GinSan "The Ultiamte" 3-bay problems

That will not work. Terminal B is the 24vac hot motor latch signal from the bay. Terminal A is 24vac common to the common side of the motor contractor. Jumping A and B will cause you to blow a fuse or breaker. When DH and Ginsan developed this system 20+ years ago the overload was wired to send 24vac hot to a light to let you know the contactor overload was tripped. You will need to rewire the contactor if you are going to do this. If the motor latch output on the GS27D is being burned up check the wiring from terminal A to the contactor and the coil of the contactor. If the input is being burned up the problem is in the Meterbox door (bad board or rotary switch) or the motor latch wire is shorting somewhere taking it out.

Now bay 3 is taking money, counting the money, but not putting any time on the door (therefore it won't work). What do you guys think?

Have you checked other issues? Like wiring also? Also Mep1 suggestions?
Dan can take a look at this.... but you have to power the motor starter so the motor will start. I also stated I do not use a Ginsan unit before and you should test my work.
This is my new schematic.... Like Dan stated according to my original plan you would be feeling the 24vac hot to both terminals of the motor starter. This fixes it.... maybe?
From before:
Red to Yellow arrow (A to B) (Black wires)
Green to Orange (9 to 10) (Red wires)
Removing the black wire with the brown and blue arrows.
Remove wire from yellow and move to brown arrow.
Add wire from white arrow to yellow arrow.
All the information is from the Ginsan pdf. If I could have found a GS-27 pdf it would have helped.

Do you know the model numbers of your timers? Is your bay timer lighting up? Also did you take any pictures?

That will work. Basically without the arrow: Remove the wire between 95 on the overload and A2. Run a wire from A2 to 24VAC common(purple wires). Then you can take the wire from A and B on the 27d and hook them together.
That being said, that is treating the symptom not curing the disease. I have very few GS27Ds fail each year. He has had three in less than a month. Something is taking them out. Most likely a bad output on the Meterbox door, a shorted wire, or bad contactors. This is, after all, several years old used equipment that has been move many miles from a site that was shut down and installed in this site.

My coinboxes are D/H, but my pumpstand is GinSan. I do also have GinSan bay coinboxes. I will take pics tonight. 1 of my issues is: I am a full time coach & teacher, & wash is 20 minutes away. Moved to country to take care of ailing in-laws, took HUGE paycuts to do it. Instead of complaining about going broke, we decided to do something about it...& bought a wash. Wash was a dang wreck, & I have worked my A$$ off fixing this place up. I'd sell it tonight, if I could, though! lol
Dan is correct. This equipment is 10 years old, & sat up the past 4 years. We moved it 350 miles, & installed it at my Wash. Had fits w/ all the dryed up chems/soaps, finally got all that solved, now fits w/ bay 2 & 3.

OK, Dan may have identified the problem. My baydoors are D/H, & have timers on them. The GinSan pumpstand has timers as well. Evidently the timers are working against each other (correct me if I'm wrong, Dan) & this is probably what is making the GS-27D's go out. Wish someone, mainly my distributor, who came 3x, could've let me know that!!!

I have no idea, eric. It sound like, according to Dan K, that the baudoor timer & the pumpstand timer work against each other...therefore leading me to believe I do not need both & that is prolly what's causgin me probmems.) gtg teach clases til 3:45, then XC practice, then to the wash tonight around 6:16----10pm....then get up & do it again.
My electrician is coming today, & gonna try & fix it (along with Dan's help).

Come on soonermajic you’ve got to be kidding us about having 2 timers, one in the coin box and one on the pump stand, I don’t believe that that’ll work out very well. I can’t believe that your so called distributor didn’t pick up on that. What does the distributor have to say about this issue?
As stupid as it sounds, all GinSan self serve bays and vacuums have two different timers. One just shows the time to the customer and the other actually controls things. Mixing other manufacturer's bay doors with their pump stands is also stupid, but I see it pretty regularly.
