Exactly the issues I was expecting hear. Though, I believe they do have count up working now, or at least was told they do.I know someone who has them in self serve bays. I thought he was on here, but I can't find his profile. He told me that some of the features that they promised do not work yet. It seems like there was another issue, but I can't remember what it was. They worked it out, IIRC. From what I gather, they can't do count up yet, and they do not have a vending machine solution. It seems like every product they launch these days has issues. Are you a member of the Dencar Car Wash Innovators Hub group on Facebook? There are over 500 members on there, and I'm sure you will get a better response if you ask the question there.

Yeah, I was asking about the virtual pay stations for the self serve bays. I already have Dencar paystations on the automatic bayswe have Dencar cashiers at our touchless automatic bays, and for the most part, they seem to do pretty well. on the occasion we have an issue, dencar usually gets back to us within 24 hours to resolve it.
oooh sorry. i didnt read which forum i was responding to. we have cc swipe, tap pay, qr codes, and bill acceptors in 3 out of $ SS bays. 1 bay is an express bay that accepts everything listed but cash.... sometimes the qr codes work...sometimes they dont. i believe its tied into which monthly package they have for us.Yeah, I was asking about the virtual pay stations for the self serve bays. WOW 24 hours? That makes me appreciate the 1 hour hold time to get through to Hamilton on the phone whenever I need them. Even if there hold music sucks.dencar usually gets back to us within 24 hours to resolve it.

The whole reason I posted this thread is because I am aware of their issues when releasing a new product and I want to know if they've been worked out before buying.That’s good to hear. Have you found anything out from outside this thread? A wash owner by me wants to try one but they keep telling him there backordered.
