Clean Walls

Klean Wall is sulfamic acid. Its dangers are very minimal since it's already heavily diluted. Basically if it gets on your skin or in your eyes you wash it off and seek medical attention if irritation persists. You don't need a respirator if you apply it with a brush because it doesn't fume off.

According to the MSDS Klean Wall contains both Sulfuric and Phosphoric Acid and can be harmful if inhaled, ingested or if it comes into contact with the eyes or skin and contains potential carcinogens as well.

I would exercise the precautions listed in the MSDS information.

I also think if it's brick walls then you should just cover them with FRP, which you can by at Lowe's or Home Depot or you could even do better with NuForm wall panels. Your wash will look completely different. It shows your customers that you are committed.
