I have a boiler I took from a closing wash, had it stored as a backup With a bunch of stuff that needs to go. $750 pm if interested and I’ll send picts.
I have also used them to resleeve several cat 310 heads. I know that they also resleeve cat 3535 heads, I have spoken with them about it. They will also rebuild the head after they sleeve it.
I assumed that they made them, I know that they definitely sell them. They are cut to the same thickness as the panels. Keith showed them to me along with mounting screws they also sell. He told me just let him know how many I would need and they would be shipped with the panels.
I had the same question and was able to ask Keith at the Delpro booth in Nashville. They make a pvc ring to place in the panel then drill inside the ring for the anchor. The plan is to give support so that the panel will not collapse when the anchor is tightened. May be with a look.
I have put up FRP boards with plastic rivets and everything is visible. The delpro panels are installed over block with their own concrete screws that are completely hidden by the next panel, cut the piece at the end to fit and glue to attach. Then you surround with a tight fitting J channel...
Noob, I did ask about replacing a panel or a piece of a panel. He told me you could cut out a section and glue in a section to replace with regular construction glue. The seem would be visible or You could glue in a full piece. Sounded do able.
So I got a quote from Declan on the vinyl wall panels and the price was almost the same as a quality FRP. The sales guy was pretty knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions. I’m gonna pull the trigger on these, I really like the look and I hope they hold up well. Thanks for the picts...
Does anybody have any pictures of any 5 year old wall panels in a self serve bay? I’ve got some 20 year old FRP and it looks like ass. I don’t have a lot of vandalism , but people do stupid stuff. I’ve been told that the newer stuff is better than it was as far as holes. Any picture of self...
I’m about to replace some FRP That is twenty years old In self serve bays. It has served me well and I can acid wash it and it looks like I gave my pig a bath. I’m leaning toward the wall panels from Delpro. Can anyone give me a good reason not to use the wall panels. I was also wandering how...
Just had the identical issue. My soap valve was bad and forced presoak into my rinse tank causing foam. The valve body had warn thin and would not seal. Replaces the whole valve, 573p I believe. Problem fixed. It took me a while to figure that out.
I’ve used Fragramatics for 20 years. I have had good service from them and they have been reliable. I have replaced wear items but that’s about it. I have the shampoo vacs and the fragrance vacs. The fragrance is oil base and doesn’t freeze. The shampoo comes in summer and winter formula...
In addition to heating the arches you can add a blowdown to blow air through the water lines. The blowdown can be set to purge after every wash or can be set on a thermostat. I run my wash down to 25 degrees without doors. Below that I will shut it down until warmer weather. I like the cold...
