Steve I'm looking into this we have had wash card since they started some 20 years. I struggle with having to put their expensive stainless steel box on my Vac's. Has anyone tried installing their controller and card reader in the coin box of the vacs?

We fought this problem for years on our Laser changed motors, sensors, ran seperate wires from the J2 box, you name it we tried it seemed to be somewhat weather related like spring and fall, after changing the gear box we replaced the cables to the cam sensors finally fixed it.

We in stalled relay, works BUT and i don't know when it started this but we cannot stack washes could there be a connection between these issues?

We also have two washes with wash card 2 autos and 5 wand bays This is our 3 go round with Wash Card basically satisfied although note that when your auto goes down the wash card continues taking money.
