I have a Wash World Razor. I was contacted by a customer today that says it has caused scratches on his camaro. I explained to them that it’s a touch free wash and did not make any contact with their vehicle. I have video to prove it even though we know it’s touch free. They did send me pics...
Has anyone ever had an issue with the background of their main screen being dark making it hard to read. It’s not the back light. I’ve replaced the screen and ribbon cable and still have the same problem. The wash screens are perfect. I’ll try to include pics.
I have had a Razor 1 for 9 years.
1. greasing and lubricating the bay equipment. Once a month
2. replacing chemical lines and hoses in the bay. As needed. Either when they break or look like they need replacing. Different lines last different lengths of time due to use/exposure.

Ours got one of the spines broken when a tech ran it too far to the rear with it open. We have to tie it together at the bottom with heavy cable ties through both drain holes to keep it in correct position. Works like a charm.
Sounds like a programming issue. Do you have an operations manual? If not, you can download one from Unitec's website. You can also set up a time to talk to a tech if you need.
Yes. You are getting some tri foam so there must be a restriction. Change your solenoid valve and I bet your problem is solved. I'd order more than one to keep on hand. It should be the same part that runs all of your chemical and they will fail at some point as well.
Sorry I thought you meant there was no tri foam when you manually tested as well. Sounds like a programming issue if it only doesn’t work during a wash cycle.
The danfoss valves are your solenoid valves that your injectors are attached to. Yours may be a Dema solenoid valve. Not sure what...
Your LP pump should be the one used for your Tri Foam. If you are putting out chemical on your LP passes but nothing on Tri Foam then I would check your injectors, danfoss valves and your solenoid. Also check your air regulator.
Check your check valve on your red presoak along with your danfoss and injector. Also your check valve above the manifold above your pump station. It's weird that it's getting into your tank.
Exactly what PEI said. I have a single bay with a Razor in a town of 90,000 and we've had 4 tunnels move in over the past couple of years and it hasn't hurt me at all.
