Thanks, I've tried flipping the switch several times and the only thing I notice that happens is the recirculating pump turns on. Is there somewhere specific I'm supposed to bleed air out of it, assuming that is the issue or will just keeping the power on it for a while be all I need to do?
Here's my dumb question of the day. Somehow managed to own the car wash 5 years without having to deal with this. I had the gas was turned off for some remodeling and now I'm not sure how to get the thing lit back up.
It's a raypak. All I've ever done in the past is just flip the switch on...
Sort of like a sealer but probably a lot more expensive and hopefully more permanent... you could try that epoxy stuff.
I read that thoffmanjr did it at one of his washes in this post...
I guess what SSL would give this forum is for example, you are logging into the forum from an open wifi at the airport or something, someone sniffing the internet traffic at the airport won't be able to capture your password as it's being sent here because it will be encrypted. The forum...
My foam brushes took about that much time when I bought my place, it ended up being because the weep was tee'd into the chemical line in the equipment room so it took that long for the weep water to get pushed out.
My chemical mixes on the roof with air right above the boom and I don't have...
When I cancelled my account there I called and let them know... :) But yeah, I agree don't use them unless you absolutely have to (like you have the old dialup american paystation). They are expensive.
Mine were installed on brick & block... I used 1/8 for an IBA. I bought these to attach them to the wall. http://www.farmtek.com/farm/supplies/ProductDisplay?productId=28498&sku=FA6110&fromSku=108389&ict=accesory&icl=proddtl&isDoc=N&pageId=ItemDetail&rel=nofollow
The plastic H trims were a...
You just missed out on the 20% off black friday sale! I just installed some and it looks nice (in an IBA) but I'd definitely go with soapy's advice of using the stainless steel dividers over the plastic ones for a self service bay. The plastic ones were brittle when installing in 40 degree...
Last night I got "served" a subpoena in regards to this, asking for my maintenance and service records for the machine that was damaged, lol... I bought the boxes / doors late 2016 and didn't install them until like spring of 2017. Then it worked flawlessly until the guy did what he did...
I'm lengthening my bay and raising my roof to make room for a new IBA, just wondering if anything has changed in the last 30 years when my old paystation enclosure was built.
How far away from the entrance to the bay are people building their paystation enclosures now days? What height from...
They tried to tell me I'd have to upgrade the board, claiming I wouldn't be able to find anyone to be my merchant processor but I proved them wrong. :)
Obviously not having the phone line will save some money over time. Cryptopay has better merchant fees than the provider I found. So it's...
When I bought my car wash I had a couple of the old modem version of american paystations and no one wanted to give me a merchant account. I found a guy that would give me one through Newtek. Let me know if you want his contact info.
I just tore out the concrete from one of my bays. It looks like the existing slab was 8" thick. Can I get by with 6" or is 8" some sort of car wash standard? Is there anything you mix into the concrete to make it better for the car wash environment?
Also, how would you pour it for the new...
Can you please do me a favor and take some pictures of how it's all plumbed, I have one lying around that I wanted to get working again. Mostly just not sure how membranes connect to one another (mines got 3 membranes on it).
Thanks :)
