It must have been from previous owner. Anyways, it works normally now even though I still see fluid going through the tube (no water starving). I don't see leaks or bad fitting and even change the kip solenoid valve's plunger. Happy new year Randy and MEP001!

Thanks MEP001 and wyatt. Yes, the main problem is I don't know the specs of the pump lol. I don't know if the Belanger techs would tell me the specs of the pump or they force me to buy directly from them (from experience in the past) lol.
