Who uses it? and is it worth the extra $180 per year? Also is it worth the money to sign up for the receipt options? Lots of extra money spent to see how much money they owe me.
For those who don't use analytics, are you satisfied with your statement reports each month? There should be an...
How wide is wide? If it ran to the right limit it wouldn't hit about one foot of the car all the way from front to back? It would look like a race car stripe of dirt across the top of the vehicle.
It's been 2 weeks now and we haven't had any faults or failures. That may be a record for me.
Just got my October statement from First Data. There is a note at the bottom:
Effective January 31, 2017 merchants processing less than 1,000,000 Visa transactions annually and using 3rd party for POS application, terminal installation, and integration must must engage PCI Qualified integrator...
Distributor came out and we found a bad mid limit cable and we had the wrong flag on the mid limit. (It is on the rail). Changed all that and it hasn't burped in two days so far. No VT board needed, so that saved $500. Hopefully we got it. ;)
No, haven't done that.
I surrendered today and ordered a VT card $500. Ouch. It impacted once yesterday, then 6:30 this morning, then after tweeking some stuff it impacted my truck on a test, but I noticed on the initial dump and creep left it measured way wide at the passenger front. It...
Changed the 2nd trolley tire today, so both are new now. X30 prox switch was about 1/4" away from flags, so we moved that to 1/8". It impacted once on the 11th, twice on the 12th, and once on the 13, 14, 15, 16, and none today so far.
No relays on the input cards, so nothing to replace there.
Just switched to First Data as my merchant provider in my laundromat and still considering Crypto at the Carwash. The PCI compliance requirement for First Data/Ignite payments was about a 30 question survey along with the required scans of my IP address. I passed, but the whole dynamic changes...
Hmm. I wouldn't want to bypass the right limit, but not measure the right side and go wide to the right limit on every vehicle. I don't know how I could "fool" the machine to go wide right every time without setting measure widths.
Darn, it did it again.
This morning a pickup was in it about 13" to the right of the floor guides which put it right of the bay centerline and it got whacked on the first soap pass on the tailgate after the 270 degree turn with the bridge heading forward. Maybe as the trolley rolls right it...
Seems to be better. I had one truck get bonked on the tailgate from turning too early to make its pass going forward, but I think he was in there crooked. I ran him back through and it worked fine. Let me run it a few more days and I'll repost.
We may be on to something and it ties in to your suggestion. We rechecked the fault printouts and determined it always is happening on a high pressure function, not in the spot free as I previously wrote. We think the pressure is pushing the trolley out of range of the flags when it passes...
Edit the description
It did one last night, but on the polysealant pass. It did one this morning in the HP rinse pass, so the customer is getting short changed on the wash. It cannot see right limit when the arch is at 270. It's not able to go that far because it hits the T-bar before it can...
Still considering credit cards and asking questions. What do you do when a swiper goes down? You send it for repair? new one? Do you keep spares?? I know they are in a harsh environment and will get wet, perfect for electronics to fail.:(
We tried your suggestion and it worked. However, now it is going across the back of the vehicle all the way to the right limit, maybe even past it, turning to 270 degrees driving up the right side of the vehicle and jamming against the dump valve bracket initiating Arch index fail because it...
Here's the latest. It measures perfectly if the vehicle is far left in the bay, probably where the arch engages the trolley left limit when it passes the vehicle on the driver's side. However, if any vehicle is a bit to the right in the bay the arch measures the car appropriately on the...
