Well..... I have a video of me and my boss cleaning the actual tubes. I'll see if I can't send you the video. Or I'll post it to youtube.
The tubes the actual product comes out of on both sides of the gantry. You'll need to get up into the gantry to take off the ends of the tubes. It's a bit...
Solution!!!!
Thanks for the reply! It helped. We actually have the stainless steel foam generators in the gantry.
What we found was that the bacteria the chemicals sometimes makes (jelly like material) was in the tubes. We made a tool to clean out the tubes. You have to take off the top and...
Today we noticed our Tri-Foam Clear Coat wasn't up to par as it usually is.
The problem is this:
When the tri-foam comes on, the passenger side produces excellent product while the drivers side is very liquidly.
We've cleaned the chemical mixing tanks & filters inside them. We've even cleaned...
This makes perfect sense. We have one of our autos shut down because the problem got so bad. I was actually pulling into the car wash when I got an email telling me someone replied to my autocareforum.com post. What luck!
Will try this now. Hope it works. Thanks for the input.

We're being plagued with an issue that's lasted about a good week now. Customers are paying but the auto cashier isn't turning on the wash. Its like a disease because its spread the problem to our other automatic.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Andy:p
The other day we came across this laminator at Wal-Mart for $24 bucks.
Laminator on Amazon.com
For our labels (most of them) we've used laminants as a way to get most of our messages across. However, it would be nice to find an alternative method. For instance, meterbox decals.
Currently...
Does anyone currently develop and produce their own meterbox labels?
I use photoshop / pages (mac) / and other graphic editing programs to produce ads, labels, and decals. I was just wondering what other people used to print their labels on and how long their labels usually lasted.
Not sure...
Interesting stuff Robert. Thanks for the articles. Thanks for the input soapy. I did find the EPA study you were talking about.
Pretty ironic that article showed up in the SSCWN during the BP oil spill. I think changes in trends, especially with the newer generation (my generation, gen y) are...
This is why I'm looking for the "source" of the information.
If memory serves me correct, some car wash, maybe Brown Bear?? funded a study not long ago.
Research methods aside, the message is good for being environmentally friendly. I don't think I'd put it word for word but its good...
I was reading the latest issue of the SSCWN when I came across an interesting part about driveway washing and oil.
I'm not sure what page its on but it says something like the Exxon Valdez spilled 10 million gallons of oil into the ocean. Compare that to the 150 or 200 million gal. of oil put...
That software is great freeware. I used it when I was a Windows user.
... Just so I set the record straight, I'm a recovering Windows user. 5 years clean thanks to Mac rehab.
embeding flash games
Bubbles,
If you can edit your website with HTML or whatever. See if you can't embed this code:
Obviously you'll have to edit the address of the flash game, but I think it will work.
If you need any help I can work with you. I just started making mobile apps so I spend...
Attractive
Very nice Bubbles!
I really like how you're attracting people to your site.
I do have a suggestion.... On your "Games" section. There is an easy way to insert flash games on websites. I would recommend doing that so people aren't redirected from your site.
Great start!

Is anyone else having trouble with the new Unitec Panisonic dual side CC reader? We figured rain was getting into the WSII somehow so we build a "rain coat" for the CC reader. Now the CC readers are acting up again even with the waterproof protection we did.
We're using the latest update from...
Is anyone with a petwash currently vending or considering products for their petwash? I'm only asking because we're considering vending products such as fragrances for pets. We've looked at the KR website but they only have products that are for the actual building odor.
We see this as a great...
