Wow you’re right chad it does seem like a glaring mistake in that example. Gosh I hope they dont make that kind of mistake when actually auditing. Wow. That number had a major effect on what they considered underreported by the taxpayer. Good catch

This helped us a lot when we were trying to check the numbers that we were given by the previous owner. It is a guide for IRS agents on how to evaluate a car wash.
I just wanted to give you my experience. Not sure if it will help but it may save somebody some trouble down the road. We have a laser 4000 with a ACW4. We only use the top 3 buttons for our 3 wash packages. We disconnected the bottom button, but I did not tape the loose wires from that...
We replaced a a 34 year old raypack with a 279,000btu lochinvar wall mounted boiler. It heats the floor, trough and equipment room. We have a 3 bay ss and one IBA bay with doors. This was installed by a plumbing company that specializes in hydronic heating. They sized the system for our...
So we have a Laser 4000 (virtual treadle) with the Airlift XRS doors and an ACW4. Wondering if anyone else has had an intermittent problem like this. The wash will operate as normal. When the wash bridge hits the midlimit flag the exit door opens, then the driers turn on shortly after. We...
We use the "Lorex Secure" app. We have a 13 camera system. It is much more difficult to get the cameras viewable on a laptop or a home computer when you are not on the network at the wash. I haven't done that yet because I have to port forward, which is slightly beyond my technical expertise...
I was notified by worldpay that i needed to switch to the “accessmyiq” website in order
to access my account. I was notified of this about 2 months ago. Recently i talked to Cryptopay who advised that they are slowly getting everyone switched over to the new system.
I was told that it could...
This is the first month where we have had to deal with worldpay doing it a different way. Up until Feb 1st they were depositing the gross cc sales and debiting the account for the fees. The monthly fees were taken out as debits as well. Now, worldpay has changed to a system where they only...
Thank you all for responding. Since tomorrow is supposed to be the first day above 20* with no precip in a while we thought that getting
fixed today would be a good idea (since it's 13* here currently and the IBA is shut down anyway). I would have bought the goldline buttons if I had days and...
Thanks Jim you wouldnt happen to have a KR part number on those goldline buttons would you? I could find a red goldline controller button but wouldnt that be too small?
Hi Kevin, they are original Hamilton buttons. Not sure if Hamilton has a better button option but we certainly are not happy with these. The first button cover fell off within the first month of use. Overall we do love the acw. It has done everything we asked it to, except for these buttons.
Just curious if anyone has had problems with the wash selection buttons on the hamilton acw 4/5. We did the cryptopay facelift on ours with new plexi and new buttons about 4 months ago. Since then the red discs (the part the customer actually pushes) have been falling off. Until now I have...
2Biz, how often do you check the filter screens on your unit? Are they fairly easy to access? I should mention just for the sake of clarity that our ss pumps are fed from gravity mixing tanks (I'm sure a lot of folks have the same set up). So the hot water is sitting in the tank ready to be...
So I have to be honest I did not realize that the tankless reduced flow to achieve the desired temperature before we installed these units. Our plumber was very experienced so we trusted him. He did a wonderful job but was hesitant to put in tankless bc he had bad experiences with them before...
Earl, I have two Rinnai tankless 199k btu units that heat the ss and the auto soap passes. I had to flip a dip switch on the inside of each unit to get them up to 120. I think I have the option to go to 140 with another dip switch. Just thinking that your unit may be similar.
I can only give you my experience so far. We have been open for business for approximately 3 months after a complete reno of an old closed facility. We added Cryptopay to the ss bays and the automatic. I am thoroughly convinced so far that customers spend significantly more with cc. Our...
Thank you all for your responses. Until now I have loved the ease of calling Worldpay to issue refunds (in reality I’ve only had to do this 2 or 3 times). One of these was for a customer who forgot to press the button on the swiper when finished. Issuing a refund by calling Worldpay has been...
So I'm a little frustrated with Cryptopay/Worldpay right now. First, I have been generally very happy with Cryptopay in the three months that we have had it installed. It seems to work flawlessly and the money just ends up our bank account (much easier than counting cash). Up until Feb 1st...
