I use OOMA as my land line, and they have something similar. When a customer calls and leaves a message, I get an immediate text. I can often call them back before they leave the car wash. I have a reset program on my phone for my automatic machine. I can reset the machine and key in a new...
The roof trough that holds the hoses for the bays needs to be replaced. The original trough was made from galvanized sheet metal....the type that's used for ductwork in houses. After 25 years, it's finally rusted past the point of repair.
Any suggestions what to use to make a new trough?
I was an early adopter of the original Wobblehead foam brush handle. I've lost track, but after 5+ years, one of the handles is broken. Something feels broken underneath the rubber boot. The head is held on, soley by the rubber boot.
It's been VERY quiet (here) about the Wobblehead.
Are you...
Does anyone have any experience with Fleck meters? I have a twin tank Fleck 2900 setup with single brine tank and a "Fleck Meter" which counts the gallonage. At a predetermined point, the softeners switch. The used softener regenerates, and the one that was previously "on standby", enters...
It saves your equipment (and it also saves on electricity) if you put a "delay on make" 1 second timer on the coil inputs of any selector switch function that energizes a motor. This also includes the Air Shamee (or similar dryer).
Before I did this, I could hear the relays chatter as the...
I use AccountEdge. I buy the standalone program because I HATE subscription services. AccountEdge is available for both Mac and PC. It used to be called MYOB.
I'm a satisfied user for close to 30 years.
FWIW, If want to do your own payroll.....take a look at PayWindow. Same deal. It's a...
Check out Cardfellow.com . Several years ago, I used them to find the cheapest merchant provider. They charge the provider, not you. They do an audit annually to make sure the merchant provider is sticking to their terms.
I'm nothing except a satisfied user of their service.
FWIW, they...
You can build your own dryer easily. I used a transmission oil cooler. I mounted it to a piece of plywood, and placed an electric fan on the backside. When the compressor runs, the fan runs. This results in the hot (compressed) air being cooled, and the moisture in the hot air condenses...
Be sure to allow for the thermal expansion and contraction of the FRP. That means NOT butting the adjacent panels, but instead, leaving a small gap against the connectors. Same with the holes drilled for the plastic rivets. They should be oversized to allow the panels to flex slightly...
My Shurvend is actually an AMS Sensit 3 vendor.
What you are programing is the control board....so any Sensit 3 instructions should apply.
Try this:

My metal security cage for my ShurVend (AMS vending machine) has almost finally rotted to the point of no return after 10 years. I wish that I had opted for Stainless.
Any ideas where to get a replacement cage? I've scoured the internet to no avail?
I use PayWindow by ZPay. It's $45 per year...and you do the payroll yourself. Takes 5-10 minutes to run for my 4 employees.
Runs on a PC. Couldn't be happier....been doing it this way for 10+ years.
I always felt ripped off by payroll "services".
I have no interest, other than being a happy...
Pickleball.....
A friend put a pickleball paddle in my hand 3.5 years ago....and now I'm addicted. I'm 68, and play 3 hours a day 5+ days a week.
Great social and athletic game. Fastest growing sport in America......
I've had that happen when the end caps get warped due to overtightening. I've also had that happen when disassembling and the reassembling the diaphragms. These pumps seem to be very pissy when it comes to reassembly. That's why I don't mess with the wet ends, and only rebuild the air side.
My list is for the AIR side....not the fluid side.
FWIW, I've only had a set of diaphragms fail once. In my experience, it's uncommon. I've bought new pumps on eBay for less than the cost of replacement teflon diaphragms.
Most of my past issues involve the air seals wearing/getting gummy...
