After sitting for 8 years I have to think the watersoftener would need rebeded, the spotfree membranes would be junk, pumps pitted from sitting with water in them for 8 years, backflow preventer moving parts froze up, piston solenoids all froze up, diaphram solenoid valves with hard rubber in...
You had me until you said worldpay. They are impossible to deal with. If you call them you better not plan on doing anything for the next hour or so. They have locked me out of my account so many times I have given up on ever logging on to it again. They lock your account if you don't log on...
I used to have an old superwash machine that I used all compressed air on and it worked pretty well. Of course it only had one hose going to the machine and it was all downhill. I also had it set up to purge with air wait a few minutes and purge again.
I was looking at a purchasing a property that has a large double sided billboard sign by lind located on the property. These are the same billboards you see along the highway. The guy said he was being paid $500 a year which I thought seemed low. Does anyone else have any experience with this?

I have an automatic wash at one of my washes that currently doesn't have a dryer. I was thinking of adding a drive thru dryer in the parking lot to service both the automatic and the selfserve bays if they wanted to. Like you said, just have a paystation for just the dryer.
It doesn't matter if you have a bay dedicated for muddy vehicles. If a muddy vehicle comes in and sees a bay they don't have to wade through mud they are going to use the clean bay. All bays will end up being mud bays if you allow it.
I am in the process of installing 2 brand new airlift elite doors on my automatic bay and need to change a parameter in the lenze VFD that they use to work with my automatic wash controller. Unfortunately they have changed the drives factory password and I cannot access the parameters I need...
I would think everyone's cold water would be around the same temp being it comes from the ground. The tanks in the equipment room would be the only variable and its pretty safe to say everyone keeps their equipment room temperature above freezing.
Yea but you only want to adjust the methanol side, the soap side will remain the same, so put the solenoids on the methanol side and leave the soap side alone.
