I don't know why you can't run with out the Dsnet system, we put our machine in used over 6 years ago and don't even have a Dsnet system hooked up at all.
updated, better, more features, added fans, greater profits from better wash packages. Bought used rebuilt unit myself and did 90% of install and wiring myself.
I have those exact same booms they work good. If plastic bushings go bad you can still get new ones.
I would have to look up the company that carries them. I replaced all mine 2 years ago.
Most people won't read the signs but when something happens you can point them to it.
We also have a sign in every bay that cautions about high pressure.
Still if they run the gun to close it is up to them to stop. Like others have said if bonded correctly not coming off.
Manual bay I am assuming? Sounds like vehicle with bad paint look up model and see if it was noted for this.
Customer still has burden of proof as he is the one operating...
I installed them myself, but I do all my own wiring and plumbing, been doing that type of work for years.
Overall pretty straight forward mechanically, electrically you still need to know what you are doing to tie it into your automatic systems.
Simple to adjust springs need to be set correctly...
I actually have 12 x 14 insulated doors opening them only 8'. Open much faster than the liftmaster openers I had before.
Hopefully they will be much less maintenance also.
