The bigger injectors really didn't improve it that much, especially when using hyper concentrates. I've reached out to tech support and they really don't have a solution either.

So the injectors were stepped back down to the original ones. I think the blue ones. We're still spitting badly so we had to lower the air to 48-51psi, especially on the high Ph. We've even experimented with some other soap vendors and the issue remains. I welcome any insight or input from you too.

Steve, when I watch the video of your Razor on youtube, I see it doing the same thing during the second presoak application around 1:45. It's not as nearly as noticeable as mine. I'll work on getting a video uploaded to share.

JBS is good stuff, hands down. I've ventured away before, only to return. The quality is and value is with JBS. I've noticed you have to run the chemical hotter to get the maximum clean, but so worth it. Your customers notice and leave happy!
