I don't see how you're not going to get a car clean with the two presoaks you're using if you apply them in the correct order. If you are still having problems check your water. Water hardness impacts the cleaning ability of the soaps. There are kits you can purchase from Kleen-rite to check this.

A word of caution regarding LED lights... they do not perform well in hot environments. Higher temperatures reduce light output and also affect the life of the LED bulbs. A 2 year payback is great but if you have to replace the fixtures every 2-3 years it's not a great investment.

Pricing should be based on service offered. You're going to find that not only will some of your $9 customers move up but some will move down. What did you accomplish? Or maybe they will go to one of your competitors for the services offered on your $9 wash.

I would like to through this out there... sometimes you are not paying more money for the chemicals but you are paying for the knowledge on the chemicals and the set up. It's not a "no brainer" getting a clean car out of a touchless.

That would depend on the chemicals you are using. Check with the soap manufacturer or supplier and they will tell you.

In my opinion good beading and nice scent from this product. Gloss effect not so much.

Have similar problem at 3 sites. No card readers were upgraded but the main CPU boards were replaced. No problem accepting codes or money. Credit card reader stops functioning. Power down/up the WSII and all works fine again. Happens a couple times a month on average. Never had this problem...
