Turns out switches are fine, the hot water storage tank hydrominder 571 was not allowing water in the tank. It would actually hang above the water without enough weight causing the water to run low, tripping the low water level switch. Any recommendations on what supply valve I should go...
Awesome, thanks! Where did you get this diagram? I have no access to any of this info, and I’m sure it would help me down the road! Also, just curious. Would the spot free low level sensor cause this issue also?
Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. I’m not sure why it would be tripping the over load though. The motors seem to be working fine, no signs of over heating or anything like that. When i first noticed the issue, I was actually doing a cycle of test on the self service, and like I said before it...
I’ve got a signature series by Ryko, I’ve got an issue with my motors I believe. I can run the self serve like normal using the high pressure rinse, or spotless. Not all the time, but occasionally, all the motors will stop. Timer will still be active, can still use everything else but anything...
Yes, I do. I have 4 bays and each of them have a ryko coin box. I believe i may have found the problem.(not sure completely, id like to get some more input before i order a the parts). I have found that the PCB Expander Assembly(224697-001) has quite a few spots that have definite shorts in it...

I’ve got the two digit display, I have yet to see a code. I’ve not even been able to make this issue happen on my own. Out of 100 washes it’ll only do it 2 or 3 times and thats It. I’ve yet to see a code show up
That’s what I was thinking which is why i’m working on replacing the second prox. switch, or upgrading. I’ve heard that the ryko floor switch system isn’t really all that great. I will check out the switch’s threat. Thanks for the reply, greatly appreciated
Hey guys, so I’ve got a ryko soft gloss Maxx machine. I’m some what new to the car wash business but I’ve got an issue. Ever since I’ve started last october I’ve got one particular issue on my mind. Occasionally someone will be getting their car wash of course, and the machine will just stop...
