YTD numbers at my one location with 1 auto/ 4hb increased an impressive 20% increase from last year compared to my other 2/5 bay as numbers being flat with no loss or gain over last year. Not sure if I have a problem at the latter or something big at the first location. Introduced hot wax at both in Dec. of '14 with great results. Also titrations ck'd on regular basis. Is everyone posting strong numbers this year?
