Looks amazing why keep the old rails on the floor and not remove to have a open inviting bay and less chance of rims being damaged on vehicles and ppl jumping over them ect, alot of people use raised highway reflectors. Just curious looks great congrats.

Still being installed. Not going to lie it’s taking longer than expected but seems like that’s usually the way. High voltage stuff is run just waiting on breakers & disconnects. Here are a few more pics.

looks fantastic. I would add a hard height restriction. It's not a question of if someone over height will just blow past your flexible height bar. It's going to happen eventually and when it does, you'll be out of order until you fix it. Have a camera aimed right at the auto cashier so you can get the plate of the vehicle that smashes through. Not trying to rain on your parade, but installing a hard height restriction was one of the best things I ever did.

I got a headache bar up. I’ll do something more permanent soon. I have 2 4x4’s bolted into the frame so that should at least slow someone down.

What do you guys think of the permanent bar at the auto cashier as opposed to the building itself. I know Waxman has it integrated into his entry arch/menus sign, but if you don’t have that set up all in one, do you like having the sturdy bar at the point of the payment system?

i plan to install a lighter but rigid height restriction at my cashier. i'm planning a 1" square wood stick, painted red or yellow with a sign on top about height, damage, stop, customer responsibility, etc. stick will be mounted with a bracket to a vertical pole which will be secured to entry apron.
