X30 switch life span

LW4000 gurus,
How long would you say that the Telemecanique x30 switch lasts under normal use? Average 15k+ washes a year. Just wondering. I started getting a L/R count error in the VT. Once every few days. Starting with the x30 replacement and working backwards. Thanks!

switches can last years or fail early like anything, also watch for rusting of reader bar flags if not stainless, as well as worn trolley rollers ,trolley gearbox shafts etc. also on vt units a bad x30 wire or picking up interference on the wire from running motors . I think measurement issues were the most often called in issues that and docking dryer issues.
