As soon as the customer pulls in the bay the gantry starts moving down the track, any idea's????

Usually this. However, it would start regardless of customer pulling in. You state"as soon as the customer pulls in". So if they don't pull in it doesn't start? If that's the case, someone has wired your undercarriage eyes into the treadle eye input.

FYI : this is mechanical treadle that i was referring to. Save a lot of headaches especially with customers.
