Someone died at one of my washes, and we didn't even know about it until the local newspaper call and asked us for comments, two days later.

That’s a weird headline with no further information

There seems to be an insinuation that the vacuum has some culpability in the death. Nothing in the body of the article makes mention of a malfunction of the vacuum or any other possible cause of death.

Another black eye for car washes! Horribly misleading headline, especially when she was probably feeling woozy and was just using the vacuum for support.
