Which merchant service?

Which merchant service is best to use with American Changer Credit Card/ Token machine e.g. AC2007 Upgrade?
American Changer lists:

Fifth Third
Global US
Nova/Elavon
Paymentech

I talked to American and they also listed Mercury payment, with a fixed 10cent swipe fee and a 9.95 statment fee. Sounded good to me.
