What's the most amount of money you found at your wash? Over the years I found everything up to a $20. But two weeks ago someone left this purse on my vacuum Island with no identification. No one has called or come to claim it. $86.25! All ones and change.

No more than $2-$3 ever. I’m glad - most people really need it and I don’t like to see anyone accidentally loose money - especially if they can’t track it down and find an honest person to give it back. Since you have a purse, at least someone can come in with a description and it will be pretty clear if you have the right person to give it back to. The money left at my self serves is always a stack of quarters left on the coin box or vac island.

I found a big bag of coins once. It was like one of those crown royal velvet bags. I don't remember the exact amount, but we held onto it for a couple of months and then I think I cashed it in and donated it to Saint Judes children's research hospital.

Found $ 100 bill kept for months put in merger retirement fund, lol. Get $1's and 5' regular basis due to McDonlds next to wash and wind blows into fence. Disturbing issue is the amount of food commodities that are recovered in the trash.
