My current location I have $6,$8, and $10 washes. 60% of my sales last year were my $10 wash. At my new location I am thinking of doing a $12 wash as well. What would you offer on the $12 wash. This is a WW High Velocity machine.

My current $10 wash.
2- hot PS
HP rinse
3x foam
HP rinse
Rain X
HP rinse
SF rinse
Dryer.

I have a Laser 4000 I just went to $14 wish I would have went to $15 after I found out my state is going to charge us 6.75% sales tax. I used to have triple foam through the pods and I have better results with the following.

3 pass of hot Preasoak speed 8
HP rinse
Shine-On Carnuba Wax through spray arch
HP watersaver premium Total Sheild
Spot free
Dryer

How are you applying rain-X if your buying blue corral & Armorall I would recommend Geting extreme shine wax and apply as low pressure and go up on price. You can apply that to your $12 & $14 wash instead of tri color foam and get a higher cost per car and have way more shiner cars. Just my 2 cents

Put extreme shine wax in place of the Rain-X and drop the HP rinse after just apply spot free at a slow speed. I have never seen anyone in my neck of the woods HP rinse then spot free right after. Our water rates couldn't support that. Hey hope this helps your cost per car would be more profitable if your area will support it. Have a good one

i would make it $15.

underbody flush

2 or 3 soap passes

hp rinse

foam polish or lava arch

My top wash is: $11

underbody
Low PH Presoak
Alkaline Presoak

hp rain shield
