What Do Operators Have to Say About AVW????

Just would like to hear from operators or service providers the type of customer service you receive from AVW.

great! not much on them to service but to replace cloth, shocks and an occasional hub or bearing.

I have AVW, Belanger, Sonny's and Sherman stuff. Over time like most AVW has made improvements as field operations revealed issues. IMO, AVW mitters are simplest to maintain. Wraps are simple designs, similar to Sonny's. Sonny's top shock makes it more likely to climb a car if there is an issue. Conveyors are simple to work on as well but I spec steel hinge on exit door. Seems to hold up better with less issues.

Sonny's had top notch service when I made a post with a question about their equipment. They saw the post ans had someone call me and on one occasion fabd a part and only charged me shipping.

i have their wrap arounds and their 41 inch rockers and i like them both -- simple design and easy to adjust. not had any issues yet but we've only had them up for 7 months
