What did i do!

Yes, those Zeirden booms are only made out of tube.just get on a ladder and lift it from the hose end. It will bend back into place.
I absolutely love these booms. Easy to fix and if you freeze up it is easy to remove the whole boom and shove it into the equipment room to thaw.

When my Zeirdan boom arms get bent will bad I replace them. They are 1" EMT conduit.

Does that include the lexon faceplate? It does look all new but the bill box/validator threw me off as it's probably 10 years old.
Sorry i looked at the parts list and that was a refurb unit. No face plate outside. Ill take a pic of the outside. The cabinet was butchered so i had using the existing holes and faceplates, will likely just get vinyl stickers made up for it.

Nobody has ever used one of these ss ryko units? It look like it has some kind of air pump or some thing on it for the lp side.

What are you trying to figure out? Someone will probably be able to help you if you state a specific issue and post pictures of the system you are having issues with
I dont have any issues with it as its not currently in use. Im looking for feedback on the unit itself in deciding if i should keep it and use it or sell it.

I bought a 2 bay self serve that has not been in operation in over 5 years. Previous owner bought this 3ph unit and never brought 3ph into the building. Also the pump room is tiny and this thing takes up about 75% of the space. I could take it to the other location as it is 3ph, and convert that system to 1ph as that system is extremely simple.

Do you like it? Would you buy another? Is it over engeniereed headache? Did you make any mods to it?
-I think IIRC it's a rebranded Carolina Pride unit. I think they're regarded as solid.
-I'm happy with mine. The only thing that concerns me is the PLC and if it goes bad. My tech says he would just bypass it and hardwire everything directly.-
-Would I buy another? Probably not only because I would get something that has less of a footprint and probablyVFD+ direct drive for less noise.
-The only thing you could say I modded was adding in-bay handheld dryers which runs off the power for the SS motors

How much is it going to cost to get 3ph to the building? Probably going to be a long and slow ROI to bring 3ph in just for a 2 bay wash. Wouldn't be worth it most probably, single phase would be fine for a 2 bay in most cases.

Yeah prev owner said it was 15k pre covid so im guessing its 20k or more now. Ill probaly sell this and just setup a 1ph 2 pump stand.

A skilled individual could replace the motor starters with Variable Frequency Drives.
VFDs can produce the 3rd leg allowing you to operate 3ph motors on 1 ph service.
Yeah i see that done alot when home hobbyists buy 3ph machine tools like lathes and mills. Dont think i wanna mess that much with it.
