Go to ICA/Vegas and try your experiment. Sure I get mad but customers pay my salary so I cut them the most slack.

My worst customers in terms of messes and selfishness:
1. Hunters
2. Farmers
3. Offroaders
4. Motocrossers
5. Roofers
I don't see a lot of hunters, although it's not uncommon to find a bunch of deer corn washed out of beds during hunting season. Offroaders are the biggest problem, especially the ones who use the wand to push the mud out of their fenders and leave the tip clogged or the bay completely useless after spending $2.50. There are some professional motocrossers who, after I've asked them to only once, will either pull their trailer into the bay far enough that the mud stays off the lot or will unload their bikes and wash in the center of the bay and not just outside. I don't find a lot of messes I'd attribute to roofers, but there have been a couple. I've called every landscape company at some point about washing their mowers after they've brought them through to get the caked-on, wet grass from under the deck, and they're no longer a problem. The ones that really irk me are the mobile mechanics - they blow grease, oil, parts, trash and usually thousands of cigarette butts everywhere, mostly outside the bay by the front vacs, and of course spend only a couple bucks to do it. I caught one guy who had a steel drum cut in half and mounted in the back of his truck, which had either parts-cleaning solvent or oil in it, and he was just blasting it out with the high-pressure. He's on my short CTW list now.
