Weep system

Spray it down

New member
Hey all, I have a 4 bay self serve car wash with a weep system. It’s set to kick on at 34 degrees. The weather has been in 90’s here but I have water weeping on my first and last bays. I don’t like wasting water in 90 degree weather. There is no weeping on bays #2 &3. Any ideas on what’s going on? Solenoid possibly?????

Are you using a weep mizer? Are all your boys controlled by a single weep solenoid or do you have a separate weep solenoid for each bay? Do you have ball valves to manually turn off the weep to each bay? Also with using weep guns they will drain the water out the boom and lines. Are you sure this is not what you're noticing. Is it a constant flow?

You more then likely have a solenoid valve problem. Try turning off your weep water supply and see if stops. I have solenoid valves on my pumping equipment that will get a small piece of debris under the seat and they leak by.
