Wax high pressure issue

Got a new issue that I discovered today. Customer had selected "Wax" from the dial, which engages the high pressure pump.

- Video attached shows the pulsating pressure.
- Setting at "RINSE" and everything works great at 1200 PSI
- Setting at "SOAP" and everything works great at 1200 PSI
- Another bay, set to "WAX" also has the pulsating issue.

Does this imply air getting into the system? The pumps run from the gravity fed Coleman that supplies the same feed for RINSE and SOAP, so I don't think it is a feed issue.

Any thoughts?

Check the tank like Randy said and then check the common wire to your wax solenoids. Also double check that your soap and presoak work fine. Rinse pulls from the cold water rinse solenoid. If your presoak, wax, and soap all experience this issue then the ball valves on the bottom of your gravity feed tank are closed too much. If you have been working on a pump and you shut them off you may have not opened them up enough when you were done. You want to open them slightly past the point where you hear the pump caviatate.
