Water Wizard scrolling LED sign problem

I have a Water Wizard 1.0 and all of a sudden the scrolling LED sign on the gantry is not working. (does not illuminate). I checked the input card in the equipment room and the lights come on during washes.
I confirmed there is power at the gantry connectors to the circuit boards on the LED sign.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, I was unsuccessfull at finding a probelm with the wiring. Next, I contacted an electrician. He took one look at the circuit board for the LED sign and noticed a broken solder weld on one the the little "transistors". He did not charge me for his visit.
I took the LED board to a place that quickly soldered the loose connection and the LED sign has worked perfectly ever since.
