Anyone ever have the Oscillating motors chatter? All three do it. Two of the motors are new. I have tried running each motor individually and they all chatter the same when trying to run and move very slowly. Nothing is bound up as they move freely when I turn and move nozzles by hand. When I try to wash a vehicle like this I get an alarm 42 on the red lion.

Rod ends are good. Tried unhooking them and running the motors that way with same result. Wiring is good. I did find that one of the three power cables coming out of the vfd doesn’t read as many volts as other two. These three cords go to each motor. Wondering if the vfd possibly went out.
In the past I've had a bad wire in the SO cord I've heard the oscillating motor make a grinding noise but they still worked-for a while anyway. I would be suspicious of wiring and the VFD, I don't recall ever seeing different voltage readings on the wires. Is your meter a true RMS model?
I would warn you some more basic meters can give strange readings off VFDs. Having said that, Use it on the output of the other VFDs and see if you get strange voltages. I guess you could also hook an oscillating motor bypassing the VFD and see if it still operates strangely.
The wire on the boom oscillating motor is the one that tends to go bad right where it turns to go into the boom. They went bad frequently on the first generation wizards but much less on the 2.0s
