One of those error codes (#13?) is "the top boom motor ran too long". Is it possible that on a multi test the 20 second time limit for the top motor is exceeded and sends that alarm? I would also check my cables. I have had to replace cables several times, although usually it's an eye or prox that is bad. When you "trip" the eye it should light up a light on one of the input or output cards in the gantry electrical panel. There is a sticker on the
door that tells you which # light should go on when a signal reaches the gantry. There are several cards and several stickers that identify the card and the lights/contacts -make sure you are looking at the correct card, which is identified by a #. Find the contact (light) # for each of the boom eyes, cover the eyes
completely and see if the light is lit. The eye could be good, but the signal may not be getting thru to the gantry panel. Ditto the prox switches - check the lights and see if they light up when a piece of metal is in front of them.
