I have a Water Wizard 2.0. We have owned it for nearly a year now. We chased a number of issues through last winter but had it running pretty decent. This summer we have had a couple new issues.
1) We are getting "Alarm 9 Drives ran for too long". This only seems to happen with longer trucks. Originally it was happening at the back of the truck. The machine would stop there. Running a test the machine would run until it hit the hard stop at the end of rail. I found that the metal plate on the floor to sense the end of the rail was bent down. I bent it back up and we no longer have this issue. The rail test works correctly now.
Now we get this Alarm when the gantry is back at the front of the vehicle AFTER the complete cycle. It seems it might be when the gantry is moving back to its home location.
I believe this is only happening on our top package (this is the only package with 2 blower passes). Before this started we did change the last 2 passes (blower) to a fast pass then a slow pass (might even be ultra slow).
2) occasionally while pulling in the STOP message will display to the customer before they are anywhere near the front wheel eye. It is after passing the entry eye and the undercarriage blast turning on. I assume it is from the water mist in the air. There is nothing blocking the front wheel eye. Do they get weaker over time?
