Red light won’t reset after wash has finished - so checked on wash end of day today and noticed it was taking approximately three minutes or more for red light to reset after customer exited wash - I have checked treadle eyes and all is good - I am getting alarm 58 - customer waited longer than 3 minutes to exit bay - have no clue what to check next - I checked the reset relays in the red lion and all good - not sure what to do??

Check your can eyes and measurement eye. I think(not 100% sure) those have to be clear too.

You can view eye status in the tech menu under "view PLC inputs".

Those eyes go bad most often at the connectors. I replace them with the long cable version, which last for years and years

Greg, Thanks for your response. Yes, I located the exit eyes and one of them had fallen down in the can and was no longer communicating with the opposing eye. Appreciate your help.
