Having an issue with my Water Wizard 2.0. Gantry is stopping at the same spot on the track each time, almost in the middle (position 105), tries to clear that spot, but typically cannot. It’s also always when moving from the front to the back of the car. It’s throwing alarm 1 (Gantry Obstruction). It’s not on a specific pass, could be at any point during the wash. The odd thing is that I can run a successful wheel test at any time. I’ve changed all the proxs while chasing this down. Any ideas?

I have personaly never delt with a water wizard, but the futura roll over washes I deal with have a prox switch/sensor on a counting wheel. I think they can have 3 main proablems. Obviously the prox can go bad, but also, some times the wheel will get stuck (bad bearing), or, if we have a hydraulic leak, it can make the track slippery.
