Water Wizard 1.0 Clear Coat Protectant Problem

If you talk to JC they tell you to restrict the flow to the pump to increase the suction for the wax! Close the valve until the pump starts to cavatate then open it till it sounds normal.
 
what size tip are most people using for the hyrdominder mix? I currently using blue tip but will likely go up to white or red to get better effect. I am using Scottsplaid's Cherry-Brite wax.
