What a long and frustrating day...I replaced my HP check valve (original from MFG.) with this check valve. I am now getting soap/water out of my bypass on all 4 washes in just a single HP pass. Any ideas out there? I can't even think straight right now and am at my wit's end...

HELP!

I am assuming you mean the relief valve on the check valve manifold is leaking.

Typically this means the HP check valve is not seating properly. The 3/4" Fluid controls check valve is not a very good check valve. Washworld has changed to a different brand of check valve of much higher quality, very similar to the 1/2" check valves they use on the presoak lines.

Either there is something stuck in the HP check valve, or you have one that doesn't seal every time. My suggestion is to take it apart and have a look again.

Also, since you probably disturbed all of the steel high pressure hoses, rust may have plugged the check valve.
