Washworld Making contact with all Jeeps?

My washworld razor that is only about 2.5 years old has begun making contact on the rear passenger side of near every style of Jeep that comes into the bay.
Has anyone experienced this before?
It's definitely odd!

We have a gladiator that our petit hits nearly every wash. But that is the only car it has ever hit:

I have an issue with Jeep Wranglers the arm gets soooo close to the sides, Dakota how does the Petit hit the Gladiator?

What does your distributor say? That's the first person I'd ask if my wash started to do something like this. Well actually, they're the second because I'd ask my friend Eric first.

My old Laserwash G5 always had trouble with jeep spare tires hanging on the back. I increased the arch vehicle rear offset by an inch and it hasn’t happened since. Had something to do with jeeps odd wheel distance from the bumpers and my G5 measures it’s travel based on wheel sensors. You will probably have to do something like this

not sure where your off sets are set but maybe begin by increasing the rear sonar by 1 and evaluate from there.
