Washwordl Razor Vs. PDQ 360

Since getting my Razor installed 1 year ago I have had no issues with it, my distributor has always had parts if needed and service is top notch if needed. I wish WashWorld would have online parts ordering on their website.
 
Well this may be a deciding factor I can't get ahold of anyone from my local PDQ rep in Houston there After hours answering service doesn't respond.
