Ive left 4 messages with Washworld on their website or phone calls and no return messages or calls. Are they too busy for new business or just another company with no customer service?

I have never had an issue calling Wash World. Their tech support is great and would recommend them to anyone.

Your locations not listed, you must be in a location supported by equipment and or distributors, we have nothing in our area or even close....distributor/equipment, nothing close.....I guess I answered my own question.

I second Kirb's Message. I believe there is a distributer in De.? Several in S.E. Pa. who are you calling? I have called and ordered parts without problems, And tech support is generally always available, even on weekends I have been able to speak with someone.
