wash select 2 with ryko soft gloss max

anyone have a ryko unit with a unitec ws2? Mine is not communicating well with the wash, sometimes someone pays and it does not arm the wash.

Yes I do and have had that problem. On the set-up menu, go to wash handshaking. Select "wash completed" or something like that. I can't remember the exact wording. That should fix the problem.
