Wash Pilot Communication issues!

We acquired this car wash 2 years ago with Sonny's tunnel equipment and Wash Pilot control system. Both are roughly 15+ years of age. Recently, communication between them has been sporadic with communication issues. I have spent hours on the phone with the Sonny's/Wash Pilot help desk - which has been helpful. When running a system diagnostic, we find that all systems are active with date and time. Pushbutton controller is at 12am - not consistent with others. We replace communication cable from to eliminate any wiring concerns that may present...that changed nothing. Afraid that this systems life may be coming to an end. Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there replacement PC boards (used) out there? Any and all ideas are welcomed.

i wish you luck. in 2021 one of our site we acquired running on washpilot just completely went haywire, would not send any washes through and all the internal data scrambled. we actually found an entire washpilot/compuwash spare parts and started to replace almost every component and we still could not get it to work properly... spent a month of down time finding replacement parts to get it up and running... and a month to get a new tunnel controller system built and delivered to us.

i believe washpilot was acquired by sonnys and then shelved in 2020 so i am surprised they still had a support for that system.
