I just opened a new carwash in November of 2007. However, I sealed the blocks and painted them with an epoxy paint. They are now peeling. Does anyone have any advise?

Painted walls in a SS car wash is a never ending quagmire from which you will never escape. Bays walls and paint just don't mix, I know. Don't spend money repainting, it will be wasted. Spend the next few months deciding what you will cover them with, I used Extrutech.
 
I used polymax panels from farmtek. I used 2 X 10 by 1/4". Make sure to allow for expansion and shrinkage from tempature.
