I frequent www.ford-trucks.com They are always advising to get an Oasis report to check out trucks. It may only apply to the larger trucks or maybe just diesels, I don't know. I don't think they charge for doing one, so it won't hurt to ask. With you being a new face you may state that I sent you there. I hang out in the F-250 Super Duty section. I go by by the same handle as I do here.

The dealership can run an oasis for you or you can sign up with autocheck.com for $10 and get a report or spend $30 and get unlimited reports for 60days. If you send me a private message with the vin I think I still have a few days on my autocheck I will run it for you. Send me your email address and I will forward it to you.
