Anyone hear any news from Vilco Supply lately? They have some of my pumps and i've been trying to get ahold of them for a few weeks and haven't heard anything.

Anyone know if they are still in business?

The last 2 cat 530 pumps I sent them a few years back I never heard a word from them and never got them back and could never contact them.

It looks like they're out of business.

I did one pump head with them. It never worked properly; ended up trashing it. I always use Kleen-Rite now. No issues whatsoever.

I've had them do probably 100 over the years, never had an issue with the repair.

Edit: I got them confused with Dynajet again, don't know why I keep doing that. Dynajet is the one that's out of business but they did a good repair. Vilco doesn't press in a new seat, they have an insert that drops in an makes a new o-ring seal under the repair.

There web site is still active https://vilcosupply.com/ I found a few addresses and phone numbers.

100 Hobson St. McMinnville, TN 37110

(931) 473-5040

174 Beckridge Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110

(931) 304-8570

Vilco Supply

P.O Box 8035

I had them do a pump for me one and it leaked like sieve. I could never get it to stop leaking ended up trashing it.
Next time I need a head sleeved I think I'll try IDS I've got a few heads laying around I might send them one and see how they do.

I just had a 310 head sleeved by IDS. It works perfectly and I’ve already sent them another.

i also have used IDS many times. Great to work with and actually press fits a stainless insert in the pump head. Anytime I call and ask if they can do something they always can

Just talked to Joe at Vilco. Just getting over a health scare. Sold his car wash and the local number went with it but his (888) 255-4181 rolls directly to his cell. Assured me he is still in business but running slightly behind. Getting caught up as fast as he can.

Vilco has had three of my pumps for 6 to 9 months I think. I have always had good luck in the past. He told me he had a health problem and was slowly returning to work but has no way of telling me when he would get to my Pumps.

After 6 or 9 months I'd be calling Joe to send back my heads and then send the heads to IDS. 6 months there probably a write off now.

He's had some of mine for over a year... he did finally call me a week or so after this thread started and told me about his health problems and being behind... but i haven't heard from him since...

then i see an ad for vilco in the latest SSCWN last week and i think "why go for new business when you're not servicing the existing people"

but who knows...
