I still think you should make the busiest bay a "Superbay" by upping the pressure and price. Add a hand held blower and make the slow by a bargain bay. One local guy advertises one or two pays as "Splash and Dash" $1.00 start as opposed to $2.50 but gin you could make it more expensive on a per second basis or have bonus time available.

That could be more suited to a pay for entire time in facility like we had in Bismarck. They had a cashier who would collect based on the ticket time of when they entered. I think some Canadian facilities are using that format. Not sure if they will catch this post ... maybe they will elaborate a bit. I can relate ... up north like we are are ... there are a lot of days where the customers would be vacuuming if they had a place where it was not so cold doing it. I do see the valid points of others on the subject though.
