vac trash locks

I have been having an issue with a homeless guy going thru the vac trash at 2 of my washes. The police are pretending to help but I know they have better things to do and I am on my own.
I bought the High security lock kits for 16 JE Adams vacs and that has solved the problem on those vacs. I have 2 older Monorail Tempest vacs that I still need to secure. He is still going thru these every night. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to secure these?

Be careful, before long he may decide to break into the trash compartment causing an even bigger problem.
Good luck, this can be a really frustrating problem.

The last time I had a really bad problem with people getting into the cleanouts I took two pieces of heavy angle aluminum the length of the door and bolted them to the vac, one on the door and one on the vac with the two flat surfaces together, then drilled a couple holes through for heavy padlocks. That actually stopped them.

We don't even lock them anymore. Just wake up early and lock em up for the day.
