vac clean out

any info on cleaning the clean out from the vac at my car wash. I am talking about the coins that are in the trash. Any ways you use to do this would be helpful.

First thing is to clean them often. If you let it go very long you'll end up scraping through caked dirt to find coins that are so corroded that you can't even use them. It helps to use some sort of sifter. I made one out of two 5-gallon buckets; I cut the bottoms out of both, cut a circle out of 1/2" hardware cloth, stretched it across the bottom of one bucket and shoved the other bucket over it.

Yep, I let anyone else who wants to clean it out keep the $.

Even had one of my guys who I had clean it out pretend to find some Bills and make a big deal of it so the other guys jumped on the other vacs. Tom Sawyer had nothing on him.
