USA Technologies Cantaloupe G11 Credit card reader install

I’ve have a bill changer customer who wants to install a USA Technologies Cantaloupe G11 Credit card reader on a Standard MC300 bill changer. The Standard MC changers uses a MDB protocol as does the G11 Credit card reader. When a card is swipe or tapped the G11 Credit card reader will process the purchase and authorize the transaction but the hopper doesn’t dispense any coins. He has this system installed on other Standard MC changers and wants to install a few more. Those MC changers use a Pulse to MDB converter which is no longer available from Standard, the Pulse to MDB converter shouldn’t be needed since everything is MDB now. Does anyone have any suggestions as what the problem could be.
